Vladimir Maminov now in charge of Lokomotiv Moskva
By: j | April 28th, 2009Following a horrible start to the campaign Lokomotiv Moskva has released Rashid Rakhimov from his duties and appointed Vladimir Maminov as the caretaker manager.
In choosing Mr. Maminov, Lokomotiv management have wisely decided to go forward with someone who understands the soul of the club, its rich traditions and is highly respected as a leader.
This of-course sets up a much speculated move that some backroom types note has been brewing quietly, that being Yuri Semin’s return to Lokomotiv from Dynamo Kiev.
