Rubin Kazan v Tom’ Tomsk match preview

After completely dismantling the reigning champions, Zenit Saint Petersburg last weekend, Rubin Kazen will look to build on that inspired performance. Veteran Serhiy Rebrov seems to have dropped into a time-warp of recent and playing like he did more-that a decade ago and the young Alexander Bukharov is starting to look like a star on the horizon in the Striker-rich Russian Premier League. However the whirlwind of creativity is unquestionably Gökdeniz Karadeniz who is relishing the more aggressive attack of late.

What Rubin Kazan team will show for this match? Will it be the anemic offensive of July or free wheeling streamroller that humbled Zenit? The clubs met in the first week of April and in I have to think they are waking-up on the building confidence of Serhiy Rebrov and Gökdeniz Karadeniz and they are far beyond the pedigree for Tom’ Tomsk to handle. With it the title visible in the distance I’m expecting the Rubin Kazan to ruthlessly cut the hopes of the home squad off and come away with three points.
