FC Moscow v Legia Warsaw UEFA Cup
By: j | August 14th, 2008FC Moscow faces a tough Legia Warsaw at Wojska Polskiego in UEFA Cup qualifying action today. Legia coach Jan Urban has his squad primed and ready and they will be a formidable challenge at home. The Polish club is a strong group includes recent signing, cagey veteran Piotr Rocki. To get to this stage they handily defeated FC Gomel 4-1 in Belarus and are committed to progressing to the next stage. Legia’s brilliant midfield trio of Euro 2008 sensation Roger, Maciej Iwański and Sebastian Szałachowski will lead a spirited attack and the The Citizens will need to stay disciplined in marking and be wary of counter-attacks.
I will provide a full report on the match at its conclusion.

Kamil – I sincerely thank you for visiting and commenting. I want to assure you that I would never disrespect the people of Poland. I can guarantee you that you’ll never see me post anything of the sort and in-fact I hope to bring to light some of the fine Polish players playing in the Russian Premier League. I look forward to hearing from you again.
