FC Moscow v Khimki match preview
By: j | August 16th, 2008First and foremost this match has to be considered within the scope of FC Moscow’s travel schedule. They just finished a tough away match against Legia Warsaw in UEFA Cup qualifying a few days ago and are far from one-hundred per-cent. Khimki is more than aware of this and as they face a tough relegation fight, they should be revising tactics to take advantage of a very heavy-legged squad. FC Moscow is a superb squad on the road, in-fact better than at home however this scheduling makes this match one of Khimki’s most likely chances left in the campaign to scalp three points.

FC Moscow is a much better squad then their table position reveals and in any normal situation, I would be leaning heavily towards them. However their response to scheduling and the addition of Yegor Titov to the Khimki squad makes this match intriguing to watch but highly unpredictable.
