Champions Title Means No Need to Score

By: Ivan | February 27th, 2007

CSKACSKA Moscow, Premier League champions and Russian Cup’ last winners, lost in 5th round. Krylya Sovetov Samara beat them 2:0. Spartak Moscow, eternal rival of CSKA, progressed to next round and in some sense won over their concurrent.

Few days ago the only argument for Spartak was that they were relegated from UEFA Cup two hours later than CSKA. Now they have more powerful reason to proud.

CSKA can’t score for four games. Maybe it’s easier to do with your eyes opened, eh?
